Photoshop wizard or graphics designer to design a story book style image

I have a set of around 10 images of a fashion shoot which tell the story of two girls fighting.

The images themselves barely need any retouching, except maybe light adjustments. I wanted to create a story book style image. Two images side by side to look like a double-page story book with a border.

The actual images are on a white background with two models so not much fiddling around needed. I also need some captions with writing on the images showing what the girls are thinking. Maximum 5 words per pic.

The aim is when people go through the pictures it looks like a mini story of two girls fighting over clothes who then end up becoming friends.
I do not have a big budget for this unfortunately. When applying message me your total rates to process these 10 images.
