We are a successful Management Company is looking for a solo female singer or female group. We specialise in developing artist in preparation for signing major recording contracts in the UK and USA and have a proven track record. You will need to have a commercial pop image and vocal tone to match.

You must be able to show that you are prepared to put work in and not to be ‘spoon fed’ a career in the music industry. For this reason a successful applicant will need to show the following:

- That they are currently performing regularly
- Already have fan base (regardless of its size)
- Web presence

The act will be fast tracked (manufactured) in the initial stages to fit the proposed songs. Think Kesha, Britney Spears, Rihanna, Sugababes, The Saturdays.
