I am a new starnow member and have already had opportunities to expand my portfolio and have been cast for paid modelling jobs. I have gained more exposure through starnow than any other agency or site!!! I definately recommend this site to all new talent looking to get a foot in the door in this industry

Thanks to StarNow I was approached by Miss Christchurch organizer Barbara Osbourne. I entered The pageant and came out with the placing of 2nd runner up. Barbara has now passed on my name to the organizer of Miss Earth New Zealand which I will now be competing in September representing my home town Nelson. Thanks to this site, I won a scholarship to go to the New York Film Academy in Hollywood, America. I was talking to a NYFA worker on here and they gave me a time to come in and audition for the scholarship, I went, performed and left feeling happy I took up the opportunity. 2 weeks later they called saying I got the scholarship and now I can NOT wait to fly to California next year in October. I applied for a job writing a blog for an online magazine. After submitting a series of articles I got the job! I was very excited, and it was a wonderful experience. The magazine has since folded, but I have a heap of lovely articles to add to my portfolio, and I was given the chance to write about some exciting topics. If it weren't for Star Now I would never have known about this job. view profile

I joined star now about 2 weeks ago. Since then I have been in a horror film, signed with a great agent and have photo shoots organised. Star Now has really started my acting career and given me a lot of great opportunities.
