Nov 18: Recruited by executive marketing director of a Prestigious Award winning Ice company with a legacy which spans over 200 years and a demographic which transcends all of Europe.
Such a serious role evoked the raw emotional decadence of what it means to play Santa. Such a prolific character as St Nicholas demands no less than method acting.
I can only thank the costume and make up team for their tireless commitment to making me look so amazing. Believe me it was long hard work.
Finally my appreciation is bound to the production guys and chief executive director Chris Dan and Richard.
I hope this won't define me or type cast me. I can play a tramp or a shop lifter. A king, a fighter. But it may be possible that I will never again trump. This role of Santa.
kid I was part of local acting societies playing lead roles in pantomime and plays.
At 18 I joined a serious acting college in Nottinghamshire, but could not relate to the curriculum or the people, it was frankly creepy and wierd.
I feel many of my jobs in sales from call centre to car showroom in my teens and twenties permitted me to act and roleplay constantly.
I have been asked to join theatre groups in recent times, however time restraints and being a full time Dad prevented this. My son is 5 now so more freedom for Dad.
