Singing has always been a passion of mine, I have a CD of a four-year-old me singing Do a Deer with her friends.
I was a part of choirs throughout all of Junior school and had many solos. I trained with the Australian Girls Choir for nine years. Being a part of both training and specialist groups in the choir all the way up to Camerata the second highest level. In this time I had solos at both Hamer Hall and Robert Blackwood Hall, as well as regular gigs at venues around Melbourne.
In 2017 I had the amazing opportunity to be a part of Opera Australia's production of Cavalleria Rusticana/Pagliacci as part of the Children's Chorus. This was a great experience to be a part of such a professional show. I learnt so much especially with regards to my classical voice and made so many life long friends.
At the start of this year, I left the Australian Girls Choir to focus on my solo voice. I now take weekly lessons working on my solo singing voice and am also the vocal leader of my school Chamber Choir.
