The evening of the event is the 1st time the choir will all come together so we need someone who can support the choirs before and then bring them together on the night. You will not be required to attend or coordinate individual rehearsals as this will be taken care off by the school or projects music teacher. We need a person who can help devise and send out the arrangements and then bring it all together.
The event is hoping to raise £200,000 for the charity and this is a great opportunity for the right person to help us make a difference to the charity as well as give some of the children the charity supports an opportunity of a lifetime to perform in such a spectacular venue.
We already have the advertisement out for the choirs and now we need someone like you to help us put it together.
As with all talent for BBC Children in Need this is an unpaid role however it is an opportunity to work on a big project, something very different, a challenge and you will be helping support this amazing charity and national treasure.
Ideally the candidate will have experience working with choirs and specifically children's choirs however this is not essential for the right MD.
