The show is "Hello! Hi! My Name is Shannon. Quick Question - How Does an Adult Make New Friends?" and is essentially a big experiment in the performer attempting to make friends with the audience members.
Your role would be as a raucous partygoer that - as art reflects reality - is paid to be there by the performer to make him look good. It will entail some lines, maybe some improv and some choreographed dancing.
Actors would be required for 7 shows across 5 days (22nd - 26th January 2020), as well as a dress rehearsal on the 21st of January, and another rehearsal to learn choreography.
Actors will be given a small fee and a portion of the profit share. This show is very, very independent but has an enthusiastic team behind it and should be a fun time! People who are willing to devote their energy and bring some personality to the piece step to the front!
Paid - Profit share
Expenses paid - $50
Partygoer that has been paid to be there by the performer. Will entail dancing, pretending to like me, dialogue, improvisation, pretending them to unlike me, and perhaps some audience interaction. Looking for people to just be themselves, and enjoy the process!
Anyone, aged 18 and over
Applications closed 23 January 2020.
