With very little to be doing these days during lock down anyone fancying teaming up to try and write some bangerz and choons?

Looking for lyricists, singers (disclosure: I really, REALLY can't sing!), topliners, (I can topline a bit using midi keyboard) producers (I know my way around the basic ins and outs of a DAW and how to use loops but I'm no Max Martin or Diplo either....)and songwriters to co-write some banger that sound like what is currently on radio/Spotify/YouTube and in UK Top 40 and US Billboard 100.

Ideally looking for people on the same creative wave length so knowledge of/interest in modern pop music a must. If you think Marshmello is something you put in your skinny latte or that Post Malone is some type of post-operative care routine this listing probably isn't going to be for you.

Interested in those that write in lots of different modern styles; various types of darker pop (Billie Eilish, Taylor Swift (1989), Halsey, Bebe Rexha, Dermot Kennedy, Hozier) disco pop (Charlie Puth, DNCE, Dua Lipa), all out bangerz (Ke$ha, Nicki Minaj, CRJ, Jax Jones, Diplo, Avicci, Kygo, Mike Posner, Marshmello, Charli XCX, Clean Bandit, Jess Glynne, The Weekend) and more MoR/indie pop (Maroon 5, Jonas Brothers, Picture This, Alicia Keys, Justin Beiber, Shawn Mendes, Camilo Cabello, Pharell, James TW).

My main songwriting influences are: Max Martin, Louis Bell, Bonnie McKee, Ed Sheeran, CRJ, Julia Michaels, Pharrel, Mark Ronson, Bruno Mars, Kygo, Taylor Swift etc

Great to hear from those with similar influences but no hang up on this - as long as you know what is in the charts at present and want to write in that style. All the better if you have a sweet tooth for ear candy productions!

Job payment

This job is unpaid - No payment or WFH. Split royalty arrangement

UPDATE: Please read the genres/influences carefully and consider if they match your own. I appreciate the interest shown from many so far but there's a clear disconnect in terms of common ground on the above.
Also, can people please stop saying the best song they've heard in the last two years is some Brit pop track or the like from the 90s. I'm all for having diversity in musical tastes, but not actually answering the question asked suggests you don't know much about modern hits which again suggests we'll struggle to click creatively.
Just trying to save your time and mine.
