I would love to find my singer soulmate to write with long term. Already developed other singers.
Voice is most important, with a good look and a good attitude.
I'm an all or nothing type of guy so looking for the same ethos for this. Commit and fully go for it. This will be remote to start with..
I will send details and links of me and my work for anyone promising.
The styles I'm Naturally drawn too and open too:
Old fashioned acoustic guitar and piano. Going back to basics and writing a strong songs and then bringing in great musicians to ad a bit of magic.
Even country influences thrown in.
Pop/rock with a soul/jazz Edge, upbeat and quircky. (Big emphasis on brass)
One of my strong points is developing singers into songwriters so long term this is something we can look at, but I'm good with anyone that wants to stick to vocals. Or even vocals and lyrics.
This is a list of Influences, which hasn't been updated for years but stills gives a rough idea of where I am coming from.
Some of these in the list could be major influences, some could be just one song I've heard and liked over the years.
For example A-ha. Not a fan of their obvious 80s stuff. But listen to an album called Analogue ??
