Production Designer/Art Director Needed for Short Film

This short film is inspirational drama which involves alcohol
It is a short film I really want to bring to life!
The short synopsis: A story about an artist who is a painter, but unfortunately he is working in office hating his job. One time he goes for his coffee break and finds white feather who brings encouragement. Painter starts to paint a lot, makes business page, etc
Unfortunately memories from his dad pops up, makes him sad but doesn't discourage him. Painter finds his inner happiness and doesn't wanna ever to feel miserable. He gets what he wants but through a lot of crying and emotional experience.
