We are looking for someone to join our incredibly fun and energetic team!! We need people that can work across, Oxfordshire/Reading and Brighton/West Sussex areas. We are looking for a lively and engaging person who will be presenting in assemblies to YR11 and YR12, making them aware of an incredible experience that is available to them this summer! Due to COVID-19 you may also be presenting this online, or via a pre-recording.

NCS is a voluntary, personal and social development programme open to all 16 and 17 year olds.
NCS is a unique programme designed to bring together young people from all walks of life/backgrounds helping them to develop greater confidence, self-awareness and responsibility whilst encouraging personal and social development through a programme packed with fun, discovery, exhilarating challenges, adventure and much much more. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference and to kick start young people’s lives to future success.
The successful candidate will work to effectively engage young people onto the NCS programme by promoting the programme in schools and other youth organisations.
You will have the ability to to promote the programme by delivering presentations with creativity and enthusiasm. Strong, professional and effective communication skills are required for this role as you will be required to communicate in a variety of ways including being able to present in assemblies.
As well as an upbeat, can-do attitude and a passion to succeed, you will be able to demonstrate the following skills:

Hours of work:
37.5 hours per week flexible – core business working hours are 9.00am to 5.30pm, Monday to Friday with one hour for lunch each day. However, you will be required to work outside of these hours to host various events ranging from school assemblies to ad hoc evening/weekend work to account manage and engage participants on to the programme and will be able to take time off in lieu.
Paid - Annual salary of up to £24,350
