Casting Brief

Studio Holder are looking for Voice Actors / Talent to record their responses to some open questions for an upcoming experimental documentary student film entitled 'Cinema Now'.

The production has finished filming, and is now in post-production. The film will be sourcing a wide vocal demographic - we're interested to hear as many different voices and opinions on the following questions as possible:

“What does cinema mean to you?”
“How have you found cinemas being closed?”
“How do you feel now that cinemas are reopening?”
“What’s one of your fondest memories in a cinema?”

Feel free to be as detailed in your responses as you like. All responses are useful for the documentary.

UK Cinemas will be starting to re-open their doors to the public from May 17th, so we would like to seek opinions from as many people as possible during the first week of reopening.

You can record yourself answering the questions in a number of different ways using your own equipment, for example:

Portable / Handy Audio Recorder (preferable)
Zoom
Your Smartphone / Computer Headset

Please send all the answers in one, single audio file via email to contact.studioholder@gmail.com by Thursday 27th May 2021.

Please include your full name in the email too so we can include you in the film's credits.

You can complete this remotely / from home or wherever that is convenient and comfortable for you.
