Motherhood is seen by many in our society as the greatest fulfillment a woman can achieve in her lifetime, but what if this achievement is one of regret? Many women harbor a secret entwined in shame and taboo, letting us into their world they will strive to explore this question. Their story is often denied and overlooked. They fear being cast as bad mothers, who do not love their children. Three women share their journey, from the realisation to the reality of living with a choice they wish they could take back. Like so many female stories they have been brushed aside and go untold, but not this time. Mödor Natal tears away at the societal veil that shrouds motherhood with a rose-tinted view.
We are looking for a man between the ages of 35-45 years old of any nationality and ethnicity. You’ll be playing a small role of a father in a short film, alongside a female actor and two child actors, who will represent your family. This role is mainly focused on physical acting, no dialogue will be recorded or scripted.
