Survival Job

Phoenix Staffing currently have a number of exciting opportunities available in the hospitality, festival, and nightlife industry. With restrictions uplifted, now is the perfect time to join our ever expanding team.

If you would like the opportunity to earn a lot of money quickly within a short space of time, this role could be perfect for you.

Due to the flexible nature of our work, we find that the work we provide is great for performers as we do not require our staff to work set hours!

We are looking to recruit commission-based up-selling shot staff to work in some of the top pubs, bars, clubs and festivals across the UK.

Average earnings: £80-400+ per 4 hour shift.

Payment is made weekly - you will receive your pay for the previous week every Friday.

This is a very vibrant role, where you will be able to join the party and have fun with others who are also enjoying their nights out. After a long period of not being able to go out throughout the pandemic, we get to be a part of bringing people back together again!

You will be going to venues and events, where you will be required to approach customers, engage with them, and sell your shots. This is a very proactive role where you will need to be confident interacting and engaging with lots of people throughout your shift.

This role requires minimum training. All training will be provided online, including COVID training.

Phoenix Staffing is a supportive company, who put the well-being of our staff and contractors first. During your training and whilst on shift there will be an on call member of the team who you can contact at any time should you have any queries. Many members of the Phoenix head office team are, or have been shot shot sellers themselves in the past so will be able to offer a unique perspective and anecdotal advice on any aspect of the role.

You can expect to receive regular, varied and weekly work throughout the year. The flexibility of the role gives you the freedom to decide when you want to work and what locations you want to work in.

Ideal candidates will be committed, motivated, confident, bubbly, chatty and business-minded.

So if you are looking for a new and exciting opportunity to make a great income and be part of a countrywide team, we would love to hear from you! We also offer other internal and external training opportunities to impact the pursuit of your personal goals!
