I am writing a book about women body after birth. I would love to hear stories from different women who have already given birth. First you must be in good shape after birth of your baby and did not go for any plastic surgery to get that shape! It's doesn't matter how long your story is. You may keep your name anonymous and if you prefer to reveal it, it's not going to be published either; all I need is your story. Second, tell me how long it took you to get that fantastic body shape and how ( did you exercise? diet? Or anything else natural? Also, Are you still using the same diet before your baby was born or you switched it? If yes, what kind of food do you eat and how often a day? The main reason for writing this book is to help women out there who struggle to reshape their body after the birth of a baby. In today's society, there are many reasons that couples decide to part ways but overweight is one of them and most men don't mention it. That's why I would like my book to exclude the weight issue knowing that physical beauty of a woman is a really important consideration for most men, even though they might not admit it. Therefore, your story is important and can make a difference in someone's life.
