BIOG: Nicki has performed nationwide as a solo artist and as lead and backing vocalist in many bands from a very young age. This talented and extrovert singer/songwriter was born in West Wales. As a songwriter Nicki focuses mainly on top line writing giving her melodies and lyrics a fresh approach. Nicki’s creativity and exuberant ambition along with her superb vocals has resulted in the composition of some truly great songs.

In 2003 whilst working for Radio Pembrokeshire a serious car accident resulted in Nicki breaking both femurs and being wheel chair bound for over a year. During this difficult period of her life Nicki wrote many songs including a ballad especially for the British Armed Forces called 'Please Hold On'.  Some of Nicki’s friends were serving abroad at that time and she wrote the song to give them hope, drawing on the emotions and strength she had used to learn to walk again after a series of operations, the last surgery in 2009.   She has received coverage from TV and Radio for 'Please Hold On'. In December 2010 she was privileged to be interviewed by the BFBS Radio (British forces Radio) which was aired across Afghanistan to thousands in the British Forces. Nicki's song 'Joe' was played along with 'Please Hold On'.
