I have been acting since the age of 11 when I was first cast as Levi in Joseph and the Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat. Since then I became a seasoned member of Playbox Young People's Theatre Company, The Priory Theatre Kenilworth, Odyssey Drama Group, Southend Shakespeare Company and East Essex Players. I have been cast in numerous roles including Villains, Pantomime Dame and the Comic. I have also been involved in many styles of productions including Musicals, Shakespeare, Tragedies and Comedies, making me versatile and adaptable to any role I undertake. See my timeline of productions under Credits.

I have gained 7 GCSE's including a B in Drama, 2 A Levels including D in Theatre Studies, a Degree in Combined studies (Class 2:2) in which I majored in Drama and a PGCSE in Drama. For the past 20 years I have taught Drama in a school in which I am very proud of my achievements as for the past 10 years my GCSE grades have not fallen below 92& A* - C.

I began directing for my school. Initially these were small scale productions involving a minority cast, but over time I ventured into directing full scale musicals in solving casts of 70 and a reasonably large production team. The productions gained recognition by NODA (my production of Oliver! won 2 awards and my production of Beauty and the Beast was a runner up) and by the local and wider community. These productions were often compared as being of west-end standard. I not only directed the shows I also stage managed and was involved with the lighting plots and set construction, demonstrating how I have built relevant skills for all kinds of production work.

My production success is due to my eye for detail and my ability to look at the wider picture and overall look of the project I am involved with. I forward think in order to get the best out of my cast and crew, providing the audience with the best possible 'theatrical' experience.
